In working with people, I believe what they most want in relationship, is the experience of fully being themselves with another person whether it’s a love relationship, friends, your children, parents, or co-workers.

This workshop is designed to have transformation be easy, offering the reliable tools to expand your relationships back into harmony and flow.

The training introduces the essential skills to develop healthy relationship skills:

• Become skilled in your capacity for emotional intelligence.
• Learn how to create a relationship based on a healthy balance of closeness and independence.
• Replace conflict with harmony becoming skilled in authentic speaking and conscious listening.
• End “blame talk” and discover “conscious heart talk” to increase your ability to give and receive more love every day.
• Develop relationships based on authenticity rather than concealment and pretense
• Learn how to use breath and movement techniques for problem resolution.
• Experience how joyful and easy it is to take healthy responsibility.

Conscious Women Gathering

The more we awaken, the more we realize we are not separate from the vast tapestry of life. 

This life journey is not about personal enlightenment. We are all different embodiments of the same source. I call this source Consciousness or the Higher Self; you might call it a different name. 

This journey is not all up to you.  When you bring a stuck pattern into the field of love and awareness, into practice, you do it for us all; and when you forget, there is someone else somewhere that remembers, for all of us.  Your challenges and awakenings, although they may be experienced so intimately through your personal self, are really part of a collective unfolding. 

 Women have always gathered together, in tribal societies, indigenous tribes, sitting in circles doing their craft, adoring each other, holding each other babies, sharing stories, laughing and crying. Together.   My passion is to re-ignite this culture, seeing each other as whole, exploring and integrating all the aspects of ourselves, each other and our world. 

I offer  the opportunity to immerse yourself in transformations that work.  You are invited to join in this gathering, a retreat time to listen to the deep longing in your heart and nothing-held back expressions and love.
